Roma tomatoes are determinate, which means that the fruit ripens at one time rather than continue through the season. 

I grew Roma tomato from seed in September and planted the resulting seedlings in early October which grew rapidly and soon required pruning of the suckers and lower leaves.  

Flower turrets soon appeared in the pruned areas, followed by turrets of tiny tomotoes and extensive folliage.

 

The plants continued to proliferate, requiring regular pruning to increase aeration and easier for harvesting: in the pruned area.
As the season progressed, the production and size of the tomatoes increased as they riped and were picked:

By mid-February, most of the tomatoes had ripened and had been picked and eaten.  In keeping with there determinate nature, the plant was nearing the end of its lifestyle, the plant was entering the end of its life cycle, and few other tomatoes were being produced:
