Bed C - Winter to spring
Winter to end of spring
The celery plants from the previous seson were still growing and I decided to leave them to grow in the current season.
However, since the planting season for spinach, kale and cauliflower had passed, I could not plant seeds and decided to purchse seedlings for this bed and during the season the bed transitioned from a cold winter bed to a vibrant food producing bed.
