Growing Roma tomatoes

Growing Roma tomatoes is similar to caring for regular plant and require plenty of water, soil rich in organic material and staking once the plants are 6-12 inches (15 to 30.5 cm.) high.

The disease-resistant plants grow to an average of four to six feet, and because this is a determinate plant, the fruits will grow to a set height and ripen about the same time, producing one large crop typically toward the end of the season.

The Roma determinate tomatoes usually do not exceed 4' in height and produce reasonable quantities of fruit, making it an excellent choice for those with limited space
